We accept Visa cards, Mastercard, PayFast Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper and Payflex.

Upon us receiving the item needed to be refunded, we will notify you on whether or not the refund has been approved. Instructions for a Refund can be found in our Returns and Refunds Policy, or feel free to send us an enquiry and we will gladly assist.

We have a 3-day return policy, valid from the day the product was received. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and must be accompanied with the relevant receipt or proof of purchase. Our Standard processing times (upon payment being received and approved) is 1-3 business days. For custom orders, it may take a bit longer. Any delays will be communicated through relevant channels.
